Disposition categories

Check every category a disposition belongs to. A call can count in more than one. Check Not a dial for tests, texts, and anything else that should be left out of a dial count. A row with nothing checked has been on recent calls and still counts as a dial. Changes apply to the category filter on Reviews → Calls.
